Please note the ‘save’ function on forms on the council tax and benefits portal is temporarily unavailable.
It means if you add information to a form after this date, but do not submit it, then the information will have to be re-entered. Customers can still submit forms, it is just the ‘save’ function that will not be working temporarily.
The portal will also be unavailable between midday on Friday, 11 October and 9am on Monday, 14 October due to scheduled maintenance.
Customers are advised to submit forms by 9am on Friday 11 October so they can be processed as soon as possible.
The portal, including fully functioning forms, will be available again from 9am on Monday 14 October.
