Standing order
We can provide you with the details to set up a standing order with your bank or building society. Unlike a direct debit, if your rent/occupation charge payments need to change you will have to change your payment with the bank. Below are the bank details you will need to set up a standing order with your bank or building society.
To make a payment using the telephone, TV, computer or other remote banking services offered by your bank or building society, please quote the following:
- Sort Code: 40-30-24
- Account Number: 61820559
- Housing rent payments via standing order should be prefixed 73 followed by your 8 digit Tenancy Reference number
This is important as we may experience difficulty in crediting your account without the correct account or invoice number. Please allow up to ten working days for your payments to reach us.
Plastic swipe card
You can pay your rent/occupation charge at any Post Office or Paypoint using your AllPay plastic swipe card. If you have lost your swipe card or require another one, please contact the Housing Income Team via the form below:
Credit or Debit card
You can call our automated payment line, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, on 01509 634555.
