We have undertaken a review of land available in the Borough for future housing and employment development.
The Strategic Housing and Employment Land Availability Assessment 2020 (SHELAA) is available to view below.
The Council carried out a ‘call for sites’ which closed on December 16, 2019. This provided land and property owners an opportunity to submit sites for assessment.
The inclusion of a site does not guarantee it will be allocated for development or receive favourable consideration if an application for planning permission is submitted.
