Charnwood Arts & Leicester Musical Memory Box are offering free, interactive music-based sessions include singing, music and gentle seated exercises, designed for individuals and their loved ones affected by dementia.

Sessions start February 8th and will take place every second and fourth Tuesday of the month, 2.00-3.30pm, at John Storer Charnwood (Jubilee Room, John Storer House, Ward's End, Loughborough LE11 3HA). No prior booking required - participants are welcome to join us on the day - no music experience necessary. Come and enjoy some singing, music, good company and a cuppa!
