Description | Originally a Private House, once the home of Alderman Joseph Griggs, first Lord Mayor of Loughborough. Now Offices for East Midlands Arts. Late C19, probably 1878. Italianate/Gothic Revival styling. Pale beige brick with stone string courses, hood moulds and eaves dentil detail. Hipped slate roofs. Tall brick ridge stacks with embattled heads.
