The Financial Services Division manages our accounting systems, financial resources and maintains fiscal integrity.

The scope of their responsibilities are shaped by the combined strength of the individual service areas detailed below.

Accountancy

Central accounting - financial and management.

Central Procurement

Provision of advice and guidance for all our procurement activities.

Creditor Payments

Payment of suppliers and all other accounts.

Income

Invoicing, collection and recovery of monies due to us - not including Council Tax and Housing Rents.

Payroll

Salary payments to staff and councillors.

Treasury Services

The administration of the investment and borrowing of our funds.
