Where the applicant uses Charnwood Borough Council Building Control Service for the development for which the Street Naming and Numbering (SNN) service is being applied for, 50% of the cost of the SNN application for the development will be deducted from the cost of the Building Control Application. (This will only apply to the initial application for SNN not to any subsequent amendments).

If the work(s) proposed do not appear in the tables above the Building Control fee will be individually determined based on the extent and nature of the proposed works.
Individually determined fees are quoted based on the information provided and reasonably anticipated time required to register, check and inspect the work sufficiently to ensure its compliance with the Building Regulations enforce at the time the works are approved or carried out.
