Charnwood Borough Council is working with its waste partner Serco as it moves its customer satisfaction survey online.
The online customer satisfaction survey will be run four times a year to gather feedback from residents on the Council’s refuse and recycling services.
The customer satisfaction survey in Charnwood has previously been completed over the telephone but recently moved to an online questionnaire.
The survey gives 200 residents an opportunity to provide feedback on the Council’s refuse and recycling services over the last quarter of the year including waste collections, bulky waste item collections and street cleansing.
The feedback is used to monitor the performance of the service across the borough.
The online survey is being run four times a year and only requires a maximum of 200 responses each time. This ensures it is consistent with the phone surveys which have been carried out in previous years.
The last survey was completed in June 2024 and the next one will run in autumn 2024.
If you would like to receive notification of the next survey, please sign up to receive our Recycling and Refuse email alert.
