We found and resolved a large number of issues during our estate walkabouts in 2022.
Landlord Services re-commenced the estate walkabouts last year and we wanted to let you know what we found at the walks and what we did about it.

Additional general waste bins have been delivered at the back of the Wordsworth Road flats. |

Contractors will be visiting to assess and remove overhanging tree branches at corner of Milton Street and Pevensey Road. Open spaces team have strimmed overgrown foliage in the circular planters around the scheme. Shrubs that were blocking the windows at the Warwick Court flats have been trimmed. Contractors have attended and weed sprayed bindweed |
