Housing delivery study

An assessment of housing delivery has been undertaken to inform the preparation of the new Local Plan to 2037. 

This evidence indicates how long major housing developments will take before housing construction begins on site and the rate at which housing can be delivered, taking account of local housing market and sales competition from other housing sites.  The Charnwood Housing Delivery Study is available to view below:
