Plastering appointment information

Information for your upcoming plastering appointment can be found below.

You will have two appointments, which will consist of the following:

First appointment - initial inspection appointment

• Inspection of plastering request will be carried out 
• No works will take place on this first appointment 
• Please strip any wallpaper from walls NOT CEILINGS 
• Walls in a good condition will not be replastered 
• Follow on appointment for plastering works will be arranged, whilst at your home.

Second appointment - plastering works appointment

• All belongings MUST be moved out of the room or works will not commence 
• Any walls being plastered must be clear of wallpaper and any decoration 
• PAPERED CEILING will not need stripping, they will be reboarded and plastered
• Please always keep ALL animals away from the room when works are in progress 
• When plastering hall, stairs and landing this area will be restricted whilst works are in progress

Following your plastering works

• It takes approx. 14 days (weather dependant) for the new plaster to fully dry out. 
• As per your tenancy agreement, we do not carry out any decorating works - this includes; sealing the walls or ceilings.
