Outwoods Visitor Centre and Café

Charnwood Borough Council has converted the old ranger's cottage at the Outwoods into a visitor centre and café.

Work started in March 2021 and was completed in November 2021.

The new facility was formally opened and dedicated in memory of former Council leader, David Slater in March 2022.

Olivia's at the Outwoods

The Outwoods Visitor Centre and Café is being operated by Olivia's Coffee and Bakery, a local business which has been part of Loughborough since 2018.

Opening times

The opening times for the Outwoods Visitor Centre and Café are:

• Monday to Saturday 9am-4pm
• Sunday 10am-4pm
