How do I reset my username for the E-Billing account?

If you have forgotten your username, please click on the 'I forgot my username' link on the login screen. Follow the instructions to provide the email address you used to originally create your E-Billing account. 

As instructed, if you do not use the correct email address you will not be notified and you should contact the team on council.tax@charnwood.gov.uk if you do not receive your email within 10 minutes.

You can always retry to reset your username using another possible email address that was used when creating the E-Billing account.
