Borough of Charnwood Local Plan (2004)

The Borough of Charnwood Local Plan (2004) was adopted on January 12, 2004.

Many of its policies have become out of date, a letter from the Secretary of State in 2007 saved a number of these policies but many have since been superseded by policies in the Local Plan Core Strategy (2011-28). A list of the remaining Saved Policies can be found below:
