On 24 February 2025, Charnwood Borough Council approved a recommendation to amend rents and charges for council properties with effect from 7 April 2025.
The proposed changes are in line with government guidelines which, for this coming year, mean that the rent will be increased by 2.7%.
Service charges, where applicable, may change as well.
