If you want to end your tenancy you must give four weeks notice from the following Monday by completing and returning the Tenancy Termination Form below:

What happens next?
When we receive the notice, we’ll arrange a visit to inspect your home. We’ll identify any work that will need to be completed, you may be recharged for these repairs
When leaving your home, remember to:
- Remove all belongings and rubbish. Bulky waste collections are available and there are several alternatives to bulky waste collections.
- Ensure your rent account is up to date
- Leave the house and garden clean and tidy
- Ensure all damage is repaired
- Return all keys by noon on the Monday of the notice period

What to do if a tenant dies
Tell Us Once is a service that lets you report a death to most government organisations in one go.
We will also need you to complete the tenancy termination form below and supply evidence that you are the next of kin or have power of attorney.
