Networking events for council tenants and leaseholders

The landlord services team hold networking events for council tenants and leaseholders throughout the year.

Council tenants are able to meet officers, ask questions and find out more about the services available such as how to access advice on managing money and dealing with anti-social behaviour.

These events are open to anyone who is a council tenant or leaseholder and provides an opportunity for tenants to sign up for various services, groups, forums and events.

Tenant networking events will be published on this webpage as they are confirmed.

The first networking event for tenants and leaseholders in 2025 takes place at Shepshed Town Council offices on Tuesday, 11 March 2025 from 5-7pm.

Pop-up events are events where the customer engagement team put up their gazebo in a suitable area for tenants to attend and come speak with officers from the council and partner agencies. Here are a few that have been confirmed for 2025:

• Thursday, April 10 at The Hut, Old Ashby Road, Loughborough, 10am until 12pm
• Thursday, 22 May at the Bell Foundry estate in Loughborough, 10am until 12pm. Near the Marios Tinenti Centre by the school
• Thursday, 19 June at Tuckers Road in Loughborough, 10am until 12pm
• Thursday, 10 July at Brook Street in Shepshed, 10am until 12pm
• Tuesday, 19 August at Offranville Close, Thurmaston,10am until 12pm
