Issues involving the racing of vehicles on roads, the use of unlicensed powered vehicles including e-scooters, mini-motos, off-road bikes on roads, and in parks and public spaces are criminal offences and should be reported to the Police immediately.
The Council cannot generally deal with parking issues where there is no other associated anti-social behaviour. See our neighbour Dispute webpage for more information.
What you can do to help resolve the issue
When you make your report to the Police be prepared and have information to hand on:
- Who is doing it.
- When the incident happened (date and time).
- How often the incidents have happened.
- The details of any vehicles involved, including their make, model, colour, and registrations.
Who you need to speak to
You can report crime via the Leicestershire Police website. You can call Leicestershire Police on 101, the non-emergency number.
