Charnwood Borough Council is at the heart of the community. We provide vital services for around 183,000 residents and we’re one of the biggest borough councils in the country based on population.

We provide a wide variety of services including bin collections, open spaces management, the operation of Loughborough’s historic markets, the management of ancient woodland and the running of a theatre, museum and three leisure centres.
