Your tenancy agreement is a legal document which explains your rights and responsibilities as the tenant, and also explains the rights and responsibilities of Charnwood Borough Council as your landlord.

When you sign your tenancy agreement you will be entering into a contract with us agreeing to keep to the conditions set out. It is important that you understand what these conditions are because if you break them, you could lose your home.
