As part of the ongoing Examination of the Charnwood Borough Local Plan, a consultation is taking place on the recently submitted Community Infrastructure Levy Viability Report. All Regulation 19 respondents will now have an opportunity to submit comments on the report should they wish to do so. An explanation of the position and further information is contained in the Guidance Note below.

Making comments on the report

Responses should be submitted in an electronic format to the Programme Officer Ian Kemp at idkemp@icloud.com by 12pm on Monday, 17 March 2025. These responses should be made by responding to the Inspectors Matters, Issues and Questions.

Responses will be posted on the examination website, so that they are available to all participants and to anyone else who wishes to read them.

Hearing session on 8 April

A hearing session has been arranged for Tuesday, 8 April 2025, with Wednesday 9 April held in reserve in case of any over run. It will be held at The Victoria Room, Loughborough Town Hall, Market Place, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE11 3EB. Should respondents wish to participate in the hearing discussion they should make this clear to Mr Kemp when submitting their consultation response.
